1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the Unfollow Assistant Chrome extension ("Extension") and related services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Unfollow Assistant ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Service Description

Unfollow Assistant is a browser extension that helps you:

• Identify Instagram accounts you follow that don't follow you back
• View and manage your Instagram following list
• Track accounts that have unfollowed you
• Protect selected accounts with Keep
• Unfollow or block selected accounts with queue controls and delays
• Optionally back up protected accounts and action history

Instagram list processing and actions run through your existing browser session. We do not require or store your Instagram password. Signed-in account, backup, and subscription services communicate with our servers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Your Account & Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Instagram account
• All activities that occur through your use of the Extension
• Ensuring your use complies with Instagram's Terms of Service
• Any consequences resulting from your use of the Service

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code
• Circumvent any rate limits or safety features built into the Extension
• Use the Service to harass, spam, or harm others
• Share, sell, or transfer your access to others
• Use automated scripts or bots in conjunction with the Extension

6. Relationship with Instagram

We provide configurable delays, queue controls, and action-block detection, but cannot guarantee that Instagram will not restrict or take action against your account. You are solely responsible for your usage choices and consequences.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Results obtained will be accurate or reliable
• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• Any defects will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Account suspension or termination by Instagram
• Any damages resulting from unauthorized access
• Service interruption or data loss

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Unfollow Assistant and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the Extension.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
